Orders will be shipped within 3-14 BUSINESS DAYS. If you have an issue with a tracking number please contact wvscentco@gmail.com. If you are experiencing an issue after your order has left our shop, please contact the appropriate shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) for assistance and/ or shipping refunds for lost packages.
